We all enjoyed a wonderful workshop with a full house at the Eliot Hall on January 20th. We combined two 1 hour practices, with a little look at the anatomy on Polly Anna (anatomical skeleton) It was a good way to gain more awareness that we explored in our bodies through the practices that followed. Then of course we had to try the delicious healthy snacks to help us on our way - Kale Chips, Protein Balls and Carrot and Pumpkin seed wraps....Recipes to follow on next post......
